| 摘 要： | 在现代社会中,政府信息公开既是公众获取重要信息资源的直接途径,也是公众监督政府行为、实现公民知情权的重要手段。《政府信息公开条例》实施三年多以来,我国的政府信息公开已取得了较为显著的成效,但无论是立法还是实践中还存在着一些问题和不足。其中,信息公开相对人权利救济机制的不完善成为影响和制约我国政府信息公开进一步良性发展的重要障碍。

| Abstract: | In the modern society,the government’s information disclosure is not only the direct way for the public to obtain important information resources,but the important means to supervise the government’s behaviors and realize the citizens’ rights to know as well.Since the Governmental Information Disclosure Ordinance of the People’s Republic of China has been in force for more than three years,although we have scoreded remarkable achievements,there are some problems and deficiencies in practice and legislation.The imperfect relief mechanism for the administrative relative person’s rights in governmental information disclosure is the serious obstacle to further healthy development in our governmental information disclosure. |
