| 摘 要： | 合理选择主导产业是实现一个地区工业和经济快速发展的关键。工业基础薄弱、基础设施落后、制度创新与机制转换的滞后,是兵团工业发展缓慢和经济落后的重要原因之一。实现兵团工业的快速发展,需要解放思想和扩大开放,积极培育主导产业,大力改善基础设施建设,努力营造创新氛围,吸引并留住人才。

| Abstract: | It is the key to the industrial and economic development of an area in choosing reasonably leading industry.The main reasons leading to slower development and lagging behind of BINGTUAN industry lie in weak foundation,backward basic equipment,lagging behind of system innovation and mechanism changing.Realizing the rapid development of BINGTUAN industry requires ideological emancipation and open-policy expansion,actively developing leading industry,painstakingly improving foundamental equipment construction,creating innovative atmosphere and absorbing and keeping personnels. |
