| 摘 要： | 张謇在长期的政治、社会活动和从事实业经营的过程中，形成了资产阶级改良主义的经济思想。本文将张謇经济思想形成、发展的过程划分为四个阶段，主要论述了他在各个不同时期为发展中国近代民族资本主义经济所提出的主张、建议、规划、措施等，并对张 謇经济思想的基本特点作了评价。
