高新技术产业化与高等职业技术教育

在以知识、智力和高新技术为经济增长与社会进步主要推动力量的 2 1世纪 ,高等职业技术教育如何面对高新技术产业化给人类带来物质和精神生产领域的深刻变化 ,以使其实现教育本来目标 ,即以形成由“自然人”向掌握社会生产资料的“社会人”的过渡。本文试从三个方面作了阐述 :一、高等职业技术教育是遗传与环境的产物 ;二、高新技术产业化的基本特征与意义 ;三、高新技术产业化对高等职业技术教育提出的要求

High-tech Industrialization and Higher Vocational and Technical Education

Any kind of education with its own nature is the product of heredity and environment, and the achievement of chain reaction of science, technology, industry and economy. The generation and development of higher vocational and technical education is also endowed with such characteristics. As knowledge, intelligence and high tech being major impulsion of social advancement and economy development in the 21st century, higher vocational and technical education should face the great challenges of restructuring of material and spirituous productions caused by high tech industrialization, so that it can reach its intrinsic goals and promote the transition from "natural human""to "socialized people" who possess the production materials.This paper viewed the higher vocational and technical education as the product of heredity and environment, and pointed out the main properties and significance of high tech industrialization and the impacts of high tech industrialization on higher vocational and technical education.
