高等教育投入产出效益基于经济学的分析与思考

"高等教育投入产出效益"是从经济学中移植过来的,是将教育视为生产或经济活动而出现的研究范畴,是指教育投资过程中的投入与教育产出的对比。通过对高等教育投入产出效益模型的建立与分析,得出如下结论:现阶段我国高等教育的投入产出效益较为显著,但教育资本投入的产出效率偏低,远小于劳动的投入效益,教育经费多元化的投融资体系尚不健全。因此,确立教师在高等教育中的主体地位,构建合理的高等教育多元化投融资体系,建立高校运行成本核算及经费投融资评估机制等等,是提升我国高等教育产出效益、促进高等教育繁荣发展的关键。

Analysis and Reflection on Higher Education's Input and Output Efficiency

"Higher Education's Input and Output Efficiency",which is transplanted from Economics and treats education as production and economic activity,refers to the contrast of the education input and output during education process.Through the construction and analysis of higher education 's input and output efficiency model,it's found that the higher education 's input and output efficiency in our country is notable in the present stage,but the output efficiency of education capital input is comparatively low,far below to the labor input efficiency,and the education multi-budget system is still unsound.Therefore,establishing the teachers' main position in the higher education,constructing a reasonable higher education multi-ethnic investment and financial system,and building universities' running cost estimation and appraisal mechanism of investment and financial system will be the key measures to promote Chinese higher education's output efficiency and prosperous development.
