| 摘 要： | 近年来中国对海洋地缘关系的倚重不断加深,海上安全对当代中国具有无可比拟的重要性。借用SWOT分析工具,阐明当代中国海上安全维护方面拥有的优势和劣势,面对的机遇和威胁。通过SO、ST、WO和WT分析,指出当代中国维护海上安全的战略对策分别应是建立海上安全综合保障体系,建设强大的具有远洋能力的蓝水海军,开展海上安全合作和新理念的倡导。
