| 摘 要： | 语言濒危和英语霸权是21世纪的基本特征之一。国家的政治稳定、经济发展与民族交流离不开对语言的科学、合理的规划。母语教育是根本,外语教育服务于母语教育。保护母语与母语文化,促进国民经济发展,提高汉语的国际竞争力和中国的国际势力是中国语言规划的最终目标。稳妥解决基础教育阶段和高等教育中母语与外语的教育问题是我国语言教育的关键。

| Abstract: | Language endangerment and English Hegemony are characteristic of the 21th century.Scientific and rational language planning is closely related to a nation＇s political stability,economic development and national communication.Mother language education is the root,which should be served by foreign language education.The ultimate purposes of China＇s language planning are to protect and preserve the Chinese language and Chinese culture,to promote national economic development,to enhance the competitiveness of the Chinese language,and to strengthen China＇s international power.Smooth and successful resolutions of the problems arising from mother language and foreign languages education in basic and high education will be the key tasks of current language planning. |
