| 摘 要： | 软法是在近几年才开始研究的法学的新兴领域.虽然软法的存在历史很漫长,可是对于它的深入探讨是随着国家管理的衰弱、社会事务的纷繁复杂开始的.软法的独特特征使得它与硬法能够互相配合、互相补充,更好地调整社会生活.道德规范是社会生活中隐含的法律,控制着人们的思想,是软法实施的重要依赖手段.在中国的法律背景下二者之间的关系及其相互作用是讨论的重点.

| Abstract: | The soft law is the newly arisen realm which just starts studying in last few years.The special characteristic of soft law makes it can work in coordination with hard law to adjustment social activities better.The code of ethics is an implicit law,it controls people's thought,and is a important dependent ways that the soft law carries out.So what's the relation of soft law and the code of ethics under the Chinese law setting,and the interaction between them,are the important points of this text. |
