关于全程环境教育体系建构的思考

人与自然界的关系问题并不是一个新话题,然而２０世纪中叶以来,这一话题却被赋予了许多新的甚至是不幸的内容。因为人们发现,环境污染和生态破坏已成为人类生存和发展所面临的严重问题。在这种背景条件下,反对环境污染、生态破坏和提高环境保护意识的环境教育运动迅速在全球范围内崛起;并成为一个拥有广泛群众基础的社会运动。本文将从历史的角度审视环境教育的发展,并就新世纪构建全程环境与资源保护教育体系提出了初步设想。

Consideration of Construction on Total Environment Education System

It is not a new topic on the relationship between human and nature. However, some brand-new and some even miserable contents have been filled into the field on this issue. People have realized that environ-ment pollution and ecologic destruction are fatal problems that they have to face in their surviving and developing. In this case, the vast improvement of people' s consciousness on environment protecting is growing up vividly. In this article, the author tries to survey the development of environment education historically and raise his tentative idea of the construction on total environment protecting education system in the new century.
