| 摘 要： | 全球化自肇始以来 ,先后经历了三次大的浪潮。社会主义在全球化的浪潮中从空想到科学、从理论到实践、从一国实践到多国实践、从传统社会主义到特色社会主义经历了一个曲折的发展过程。这一发展过程告诉我们 :特色社会主义是应对全球化挑战的制度保障 ;扩大开放是把握全球化机遇的最佳选择 ;科技进步是谋求全球化主导的根本途径

| Abstract: | In the course of globalization,which is characterized by three big waves,Socialism has undergone the development process from fancy to science,from theory to practice,from one country practice to that of many countries,and from traditional Socialism to characteristic Socialism.The process reveals that characteristic Socialism is the safe response to the challenge of globalization,all round opening to the world is the best policy and progressive science and technology is the basic approach to globalization. |
