In the field of copyright, the judiciaries and practices give birth to the disclosure of information system.Based on our country''s present situation and the actual network status, the information disclosure system shall prescribe that internet service providers, including internet access service providers, assume certain information disclosure obligation, and strictly fulfill the conditions of the disclosure of information,adopt the way of implementation about the " notice and the notice", define the responsibility allocation under the internet service provider information disclosure system,and prompt internet service providers to establish a unified information disclosure rules.
