| 摘 要： | 促进人的全面发展是建设社会主义社会的本质要求 ,是内在于工人阶级执政党路线、方针和政策的基本精神。实践“三个代表”重要思想 ,是当代中国共产党人推进人的全面发展的庄严和历史责任和现实选择 ,是促进人的全面发展的不竭的物质基础和精神动力。
