摘    要:通过三种有机试剂对铬浓度变化结果的对比,得到含5%正丙醇的溶液试剂用量及仪器检测性能条件最佳.并对相关参数验证,确证方法标准曲线线性良好,灵敏度增加;计算得到的检出限0.0004 mg/L低于现行标准;精密度0.51%-1.1%;准确度97.1%-105%,符合检测要求.为准确、有效检测微量含铬水质提供新方法.

Abstract:Compared the results of 3 organic solvents for Cr concentration changes, the optimized amount ofre- agent 5% normal propylalcohol and performance conditions of instrument check has been obtained. Validating rela- tive parameters, confirming linear standard curve and sensitivity, the detection limit was 0. 0004mg/L subordinate to active standard: precision0.51% -1.1%, accuracy 97.1% -205%, to provide new method for Accurate and effective testing Trace amounts of Cr-containine water
