| 摘 要： | 湖北师范学院实施了多项"国培计划"培训项目,建立了有效的项目管理机制,以保障"国培计划"课程方案的设计质量,同时保证了课程方案的有效实施。实践证明领导重视是前提,制定好课程培训方案是基础,组建好培训团队是关键。
