| 摘 要： | 专业化是客商同籍专业化模式的制度表现,而另一方面,藉由同籍专业化模式客商所构建的"客籍市场——原籍市场——区域外市场"的产业链条,则是其重要的市场特征。客商通过连接"客籍市场——原籍市场——区域外市场"三个不同级别的市场体系,充分利用和发挥这三个不同级别市场体系各自的优势,构建起了一个稳定的三角形产业链。这个产业链是同籍专业化模式长期保持稳定和高效的一个重要原因。但同籍专业化模式也有着诸多局限,三角形产业链的高度稳定性和低风险性,使同一籍贯的客商在兰州区域市场中居于垄断地位,但也规避了市场竞争,使客商在商业经营中缺乏进行改革创新的动力。

| Abstract: | Specialization is the important system of merchants from the same hometown.Lanzhou merchants formed the industry chain of "the same hometown membership market——the different hometown membership market——the outside market".They made good use of to buile the stable triangle industry chain of order to hole the monopdy position in the market competition. |
