| 摘 要： | 再次职业流动过程中,农民工拥有并利用了两种类型的社会资本,即传统性社会资本和现代性社会资本,主要表现为血缘、地缘和业缘关系网络。本文对再次职业流动过程中农民工的社会资本主要表现为这些社会关系网络的原因进行了分析,并探讨了社会资本在农民工再次职业流动中的作用。 |
