| 摘 要： | 清王朝对青海蒙古的统治,经历了以蒙治藏,加以利用,招抚分封,羁縻而治和武力平叛,直接统治三个阶段,这三个阶段的逐步演进,也是和清朝初年重新统一西北地区过程中战略重心的转移相一致的,也是清朝民族政策中武力征服是其重要手段的明证.

| Abstract: | The Manchurian rule over the Mongolian Qinghai Province is a three-stage process: ruling the Tibetans through the Mongolians, military conquest of the rebelling province, and direct government. This process is also characteristic of the political and military shift of focus from the central plains to the northwest. |
