| Abstract: | An enterprise is a dissipation structure with the characteristics of automatic organizational system from the point of view of dissipation and its theory. This paper expounds the shortcomings of the bureaucratic organizational system and the superiority of the self - reproduction organization according to the theory of dissipation structure . The paper confirms that self - reproduction organization will be the main form of enterprise organization . |
