| Abstract: | Self-access listening has the orientation to replace the traditional teacher-centered pattern of language learning and metacognitive theory is an effective approach to improve autonomous listening. This paper believes that to enrich metacognitive knowledge and strengthen metacognitive monitor are two effective ways to improve enhancing students＇ listening metacognition. |
