公务员薪酬管理引入宽带薪酬的审慎考量

摘    要:在分析我国现行公务员薪酬制度弊端的基础上,介绍宽带薪酬的内涵及优势,并探讨公务员薪酬管理引入宽带薪酬的适用性,认为只有在条件成熟的情况下引入宽带薪酬才能起到理想的效果,现有条件下我国公务员薪酬管理引入宽带薪酬要慎行。

Abstract:This paper introduces the connotation and advantages of broad banding on the analysis of the drawbacks of China's current official salary system,and discusses the applicability to introduce broad banding to official salary management.Under current conditions,it should be prudent to introduce broad banding to official salary management which would achieve success with the ripe conditions.
