试论现代化与国家建设的逻辑

现代化是传统社会向现代社会变迁的历史过程,而国家建设是现代国家的形成及其过程。现代化和国家建设是走向现代国家的两个重要条件。对于特定国家而言,要成为一个现代国家,不仅需要国家建设,而且需要实现现代化。早发国家和后发国家现代化与国家建设的启动时间不同,现代化与国家建设呈现的关系也不同。
