基于跨国公司与政府视角的技术联盟研发投资决策分析

本文构筑了一个基于政府、国内企业与跨国公司的三边博弈模型,经分析发现,国内企业的研发投资动机决定于政府的补贴程度和跨国公司的努力程度,政府为了诱发企业进行技术创新,往往会进行补贴以鼓励企业组建技术联盟,而跨国公司的动机和动力则相对比较复杂,取决于自己的战略目标、市场状况等。文章最后提出从企业和政府两个方面入手来构筑技术创新的动力机制和创新环境。

The Analysis of Research and Development Investment Decision-making by Technical Alliance Based on the Multinational Corporation and Government

This paper constructs a trilateral gambling model of the government,the domestic enterprise and the multinational corporation to analyze research and development investment decision-making of the technical alliance,then finds that the research and development investment motive of the domestic enterprises is decided by the subsidies and efforts of the trans-corporation.The government will encourage the enterprises to set up the technical alliance subsidy,while the motive of the multinational corporation is relatively complicated,which depends on its own strategic objective,market situation,etc.Finally,this paper puts forward some measures to construct the technical innovation mechanism and the innovation environment for the enterprises and the government.
