摘    要:三齿轮—四连杆组合机构具有运动的多样性,其运动性质取决于各杆的长度及齿轮的齿数比。在按预定运动要求进行机构尺度综合时,用一般的几何或代数解析方法有较大的难度。本文提出采用优化方法解决这种机构尺度综合问题的数学模型。利用此模型。可以按末端从动齿轮提出的单向连续回转、瞬时停歇和在指定的曲柄转角范围内获得逆转的三种运动要求,借助于微机求解出机构尺度参数,并能满足某些动力学要求。最后,文中给出了一个计算实例及其运算结果。

Abstract:The three-gear and four-bar linkage combinatorial mechanism hasa variety of motions.Its kinematic character depends upon the length of links and the ratio of tooth number on gears.To calculate dimensions of this mechanism according to the disirous motion is guile difficult,if we use usual geometric or algebraic method.This paper presents a mathematical model using optimum method to solve the problem of dimensional synthesis for it.With the aid of this model,the link length of this four-bar linkage may be solved with computers with reference to the three kinematic demands presented by the end gear,that is,the continuous rotation,instant aneous pause and the reverse rotation at the calculation designated crank angle range.Finally,an example and its corresponding results are given in this paper.
