现阶段我国劳动就业存在的问题及相关对策

 创造就业机会，实现充分就业在任何时期都是重要的宏观经济目标。但是由于我国是一个人口大国，尽管我国近些年来人口增长率一直保持较低的速度，但第五次人口普查资料显示，我国人口也已经达到12.95亿，由于人口基数过大，每年净增人口数量还是很多，随着人口的增长，我国劳动力适龄人口也呈现上升趋势。劳动力适龄人口的增加使我国劳动力资源供给呈现上升趋势。劳动力适龄人口的增加使我国劳动力资源供给呈现阶段性过剩，给当前的劳动就业工作带来了很大的冲击。由于劳动力资源供给过剩，劳动力质量的供不应求，就业压力不断增大，就业问题日益严重，已经严重影响国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高。因此分析我国劳动力就业存在的问题和解决对策对经济发展、社会稳定有重要的意义。

Problems of China's labour force employment and measures against them

This paper discusses China’s employment issues from theoretical and practical angels on the basis of investigation, points out their impact on economic development and social stability. The whole thinking on solving these issues, as well as a series of specific measures, is presented. Some viewpoints in this paper haven’t been put forward publicly before. The research can offer references to deepen employment system reformation and solve the deep contravention existing in China’s employment mechanism.
