| 摘 要： | 多媒体数据压缩技术的研究及其技术标准的制定是目前国际工业界和学术界普遍关心的热点问题 ,特别是在网络和数字媒体产业迅速发展的今天 ,统一的技术标准的制定与实施显得尤为迫切 .本文首先介绍了MPEG组织的基本情况和我国参与标准制定的情况 ,然后详细介绍了MPEG技术的进展 ,尤其是正在制定的MPEG7和MPEG2 1国际标准

| Abstract: | The research and standardization on compression technique of multimedia data are increasingly important.Especially alone with the network and digital industry development,establishing and implementing of uniform technique standard become more and more urgent.In this paper,some information about MPEG organization is first introduced,then the progress of MPEG technique is introdnced,paricularly the MPEG7 and MPEG21. |
