研究生与本科生的人格特质比较研究

采用卡特尔教授编制的16PF人格测量量表,对86名研究生、95名本科生的16种人格特质因素及8种次级因素进行了调查。结果表明:研究生和本科生在乐群性、稳定性、有恒性、幻想性、实验性、自律性方面得分处于低分范围,在持强性、兴奋性、敢为性、敏感性、怀疑性、忧虑性、独立性、紧张性方面得分处于中等范围,在聪颖性、世故性方面得分处于高分范围,且在乐群性、兴奋性、独立性方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05);研究生和本科生在感情用事与安详机警性、创造能力个性因素方面得分高于标准分平均值,在适应与焦虑性、内向与外向性、怯懦与果断性、专业有成就者的人格因素、新环境中有成长能力的个性因素上得分低于标准分平均值,且在怯懦与果断性上存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。

Comparison of Personality Traits Between Graduates and Undergraduates

Introduces the 16PF Measurement of Personality offered by Professor Cartel into the investigation on 16 factors of personality and 8 sub-factors of 86 graduates and 95 undergraduates.The result indicates that they both get low marks in gregariousness,stability,persistence,imagination,practicality and self-discipline,while they get medium marks in exceedability,excitability,courage,sensitivity,suspecting,anxiety,independence and tension and high marks in perspicacity and sophistication.Besides,there are significant differences in gregariousness,excitability and independence between graduates and undergraduates(P<0.05).With respect to the emotional sway,sedateness,tactfulness and creativity, both of them get the higher marks than the average.However,their marks are lower than the average in respect to such factors as adaption-anxiety,introversion-extraversion,cowardice-determination,personality of those who offer professional achievements and growing abilities to adapt to unfamiliar conditions,and the significant difference between graduates and undergraduates is P<0.05 in respect to cowardice and determination.
