| 摘 要： | 邮政网路是改进通信质量、提高社会经济效益的根本保证。新中国成立至"一五计划"末,随着邮政网路的恢复和发展,邮政局所、邮路和邮运工具得以持续扩建,从而对函件、包件、汇兑及报刊发行等邮政主要业务产生深远影响,进而在国民经济恢复和建设时期发挥了重大作用。
