摘 要: | 对榆林学院图书馆的服务现状做了阐述,结合榆林学院的实际情况设计了问卷,以本校师生为调查研究对象,发放调查问卷,根据专家意见运用经典的层次分析法,定性与定量相结合,得出馆员服务、图书馆形象、馆藏资源、图书馆环境、读者服务与榆林学院读者满意度影响的权重,并运用战略图法对结果进行分析,读者对图书馆馆员服务满意度较低且是目前影响力度最大的因素。明确了榆林学院图书馆目前的重点工作应该是加强馆员服务。

Abstract: | Combined with the present situation of Yulin University,this article first introduces the library service in Yulin University and then makes an investigation of teachers and students in Yulin it by way of designing and sending questionnaires. Through employing analytic hierarchy process,the qualitative and quantitative analysis to analyze the result of investigation,this article weighs the influences of the librarians' service,the library image,the collection resources,the environment,service offered to readers and satisfactory degree of the readers on university library and finds out that relatively the lower satisfactory degree to librarian'service is the major influencing factor to the building of university library. Therefore,for Yulin University library,the current priority is to strengthen librarians' service. |
