资源环境约束下中国城市生产率研究

摘    要:采用序列Malmquist-Luenberger指数法可以测度资源和环境约束下2002—2011年中国266个城市全要素生产率及其构成,并可对影响环境全要素生产率增长的因素进行实证分析。分析结果表明:我国城市环境全要素生产率增长显著高于传统全要素生产率,且主要来自技术进步;城市群城市的环境全要素生产率增长高于非城市群城市,东部城市的环境全要素生产率高于中西部城市;人力资本、工业专业化、城市密集度和客运能力变量与环境全要素生产率显著正相关,而货运能力、服务业专业化以及环境规制与环境全要素生产率显著负相关。

Abstract:This paper applies sequential Malmquist-Luenberger productivity indicator to measure environmental total factor productivity (TFP) growth and its components in China from 2002 to 2011 accounting for resources and environment. We also analyzed the determinants of environmental productivity conclusions are as follows:the environmental TFP growth is larger than classical mental TFP growth is major from technological progress. The environmental TFP higher than that of non-metropolitan cities. The environmental TFP growth changes empirically. The major TFP growth. And the environ- growth of metropolitan cities is of eastern cities is higher than that of central and western cities. Human capital, industry specialization, urban density and passage transportation ability are positively related to environmental TFP growth, while cargo transportation ability, service industry specialization and environmental regulation are negatively related to environmental TFP growth.
