| 摘 要： | 加强党的组织建设是坚持和改善党的领导的重要环节,重视和加强在大学生中发展党员是新时期高校党建工作的必然要求。为此必须针对新形势,采取积极有效的措施提高高校学生党员发展工作的质量。一是要依托党校,在入党积极分子的培养教育上大胆创新;二是要严格把关,保证所发展党员的质量;三是要加强对学生党员的后续教育。三个环节紧密结合。才能有效提高学生党员发展工作的质量。
