Women in the Tang Dynasty and Buddhism |

| Abstract: | Due to various realistic and social reasons, many women in the Tang Dynasty believed in Buddhism. There were mainly two forms: one was to get out to be nuns and the other was to practice Buddhism at home. As for themselves, their faith in Buddhism was a kind of mental reliance, and at the same time it promoted the development of Buddhism to a certain degree. |
