| Abstract: | The obvious characteristic by rule of law is the standard of right,which is the fundamental cell of the society of the rule by law. The centralmanifestation of the standard of right is the autonomy of private law. Thesociety, in which public law is well developed and private law lays far behind, is not a real society of the rule by law. |
