| 摘 要： | 投资基金只有达到一定的规模，才能实现其规模效益，才能在资本及证券市场起到应有的投资融资、资产组合以及稳定资本及证券市场的作用。而我国投资基金无论是个体规模还是总体规模都偏小，因此，我们必须采取积极有效的措施，全面推动投资基金的规模化发展。

| Abstract: | Only developed to a certain degree in scale,can investment funds (IFS)fufil its scale efficcency and play an essential role on capital and securities market in investing,financing,assets cobining,and stabilizing capital and securities market.However,not only the unitary fund but the total funds of Chinese IFS are so small in scale that active and effective measures must be adopted to improve the scalization development of IFS. |
