| 摘 要： | 高职学生干部在高职院校学生管理工作中发挥着重要作用，笔者结合工作实践，从目前高职学生干部队伍的现状入手，就其选拔机制、学习培训、工作锻炼等方面谈谈如何进一步加强高职学生干部的培养，以提高其整体素质，更好地发挥他们在校风学风建设、校园文化建设方面的积极影响，充分体现高职学生干部的自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的作用。
