高校辅导员是高校学生工作的中坚力量,在高校学生工作中承担着思想政治理论讲解员、学习引导员、职业培训师、心理疏导员等重要角色,还承担科技文化及社团活动教导员、学生纠纷调解员、生校协调员等角色。充分认识到辅导员角色的职业特点,建设一支高层次、高素质、稳定的辅导员队伍,对进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育具有重要的意义。

On the Role-positioning of the Instructors in Institutions of Higher Education

Instructors in higher educational institutions are backbones in student affairs,playing such important roles as political directors,study guides;profession trainers and psychology conductors.They also undertake to direct scientific and cultural exercises and community events,to mediate conflicts between students and to coordinate relationship between students and colleges.Fully understanding the academic and professional characteristics of the instructors and establishing a high-level,qualified and stable force of instructors will have considerable significance in further strengthening and improving students' political and ideological education.
