| 摘 要： | 开发大西北的经济意义在于缩小差距 ,其难点是贫困恶性循环。打破这种循环的关键在于提高效率。提高效率的切入点 ,在于对大西北的经济与全国其他地区经济之间的差距进行理性分析。只有找准原因 ,才能提供对策 ,从而使大西北开发稳步向前推进。

| Abstract: | The reduction of economic disparity is significant of the development of the Northwest in China. Its difficult point lies in a vicious circle of local poverty. A key to breaking through the circle is to the increase of economic efficiency, and a key to the increase lies in a rational analysis of disparity between the Northwest and other regions. Only do we find causes in precise terms, we will put forward rationalization proposals, and improve the development of the Northwest steadily. [ |
