| 摘 要： | 鸟类意象在古典诗词中具有丰富的文化内涵。译者在英译时应该把它与诗人的情感、诗词的主旨联系在一起,把它作为文化语境的一部分进行分析。从文化的视角讨论鸟类意象在古典诗词作品中的英译策略,有助于向目的语读者更好地传播中国文化。

| Abstract: | Birds have rich cultural connotation in ancient Chinese poetry.When translated,they should be put in the context of culture for they are associated with the poet's emotion and main theme of the poem.This paper deals with translation approach to culture connotation of birds in ancient Chinese poetry aiming at spreading the Chinese culture throughout the world. |
