| 摘 要： | 系统科学理论主张把事物、对象看作一个系统进行整体的研究。医院这一系统与内外部各系统的联系与发展是公立医院管理体制改革进一步完善的必要条件。在社会科学体系中，个体劳动的反馈控制对劳动者生产输出的有效性、连续性、质量控制性起重要的作用。医院管理系统通过改革和创新等途径远离“平衡态”，才能向着有秩序、有组织、多功能的方向进化发展。
