| 摘 要： | 围绕辽宁省第十次党代会提出的五点一线战略,对辽宁省服务贸易的影响及其发展进行研究。分析了辽宁省服务贸易的现状和存在的问题,以及五点一线战略的实施对辽宁服务贸易发展带来的影响,提出了在实施五点一线战略中,辽宁服务贸易发展应采取的应对策略,即:坚持重点发展和全面提升相结合;发挥沿海经济带对外贸易的优势,扩大服务贸易出口;促使更多的企业参与服务外包;发挥沿海经济带集聚人才的优势,为服务贸易的发展提供智力资源;培育和发展服务行业中介组织,健全行业自律机制,实现服务业竞合发展。
