年薪制:企业家职业化形成的催化剂

摘    要:
中国社会主义市场经济的深入改革迫切呼唤企业家的职业化,但是在旧的分配体制制约下的现有的工薪制,由于缺乏有效的激励手段而阻碍了企业家走向职业化。科学的年薪制是职业企业家得以形成的催化剂,这种年薪制的优点在于能够有效地把企业家职业化形成所必需的各种约束机制、任聘选拔机制、评价监督机制、教育培训机制、观念更新机制等方面整合为一个综合的激励和控制系统,从而构筑一张利益之网来保障个人和企业利益的最大化。

Abstract:
Professional entrepreneurs are in an urgent need with the deepening of the reform of the socialist market economy. However, the system of wage, restrained by the old distribution system, lacks efficient motivation methods, blocking the way of entrepreneurs to become professional ones. The scientific system of annual pay becomes the catalyst of forming professional entrepreneur. It integrates all types of necessary motivation mechanics such as restraining mechanics, selecting mechanics, evaluation and monitoring mechanics, education and training mechanics and idea innovation mechanics as a comprehensive encouraging and control system. Thus the benefit of individuals and enterprises will be protected to the maximum extent.
