试析布哈林国民经济综合平衡发展理论

Analysis on Bukharin's Theory of the Comprehensive and Balanced Development of National Economy

After Lenin's pass away,Bukharin co ntinued to insist in and guard Lenin's New Economy Policy.Aiming at the then pro blems in economic development and combining with the reality of Russia,he summed up the lessons in economic construction and expounded his ideas systemically,th erefore brought the theory of the comprehensive and balanced development of Nati onal economy into being.He hold that to develop the national economy with continuity and healthy,we should defer to the rule of objective economy and emphasize the effect of market adjustment and keep comprehensive balance between industry and agriculture,heavy industry and light industry,within agriculture,accumulation and expenditure.In today's building socialism with Chinese characteristic,we can gain helpful lessons and edification through reviewing Bukharin's theory of t he comprehensive and balanced development of National economy.
