民族地区全面建设小康社会与民族关系问题研究

从民族关系的核心问题———民族利益、民族权利、民族发展来看,由于民族地区与东部地区在经济文化上的差距在逐步加大,我国民族"事实上不平等"的趋势还在加剧。全面建设小康社会正是要从民族关系问题的核心入手,缩小西部少数民族与东部地区存在着的经济发展差距、人类发展差距和知识发展差距。另一方面,全面建设小康社会的过程中,民族之间必然会逐步加强经济文化交流,促进多元文化的融合,切实改变民族关系,消除民族间因为文化差异不同所造成的偏见和歧视。而民族关系与全面建设小康社会又是一种互动关系,民族关系从地位、本质、功能以及有利于多元文化融合发挥其文化功能的角度来看,又将会起到反作用,以促进全面建设小康社会的进程。

Research on Establishing Well -off Society of National Regions and Issues of National Relationship

The differences among the nationalities becomes greater, as the cultural gap and the economic gap still exist between national regions and eastern areas in China. In order to let people be comparatively well-off, we must deal well with the national relationship, narrowing the gap of economic development, social development and knowledge status. What's more, cultural and economic communication will be strengthened among nationalities with the growth of our moderately well-off society. Moreover, the ethnic discrimination caused by cultural differences can be polished. National relationship and establishment of moderately well-off society can benefit each other.
