| 摘 要： | 阐述了通过完善研究生和导师的双向选择制度、加强研究生导师队伍建设、加强课程体系及课程内容和教学方法与手段的改革、营造有利于创新人才成长的环境、完善研究生学位论文管理制度及建立研究生创新基金制度等措施,以全面提高研究生的创新能力。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with promoting innovation ability of postgraduates by means of improving two-way choice system between postgraduates and tutors,reinforcing tutor team construction,reforming course system,teaching content and approach,building up environment suitable for cultivation of innovation talents,perfecting dissertation management system and establishing innovation fund system for postgraduates and so on. |
