适应学科建设的"学科馆员"服务模式探析

摘    要:高校学科建设需要图书馆建立学科馆员制度,这也是图书馆自身发展的内在需要。学科馆员首先应该深入对口学科了解其研究动态和信息需求,建立学科用户信息库。其次要优化学科文献资源,为对口学科提供深层次的信息服务。最后,要为学科建立网络导航库,建立网上学科咨询站,提供在线咨询服务。学科馆员必须具备良好的素质,图书馆应该引入奖励机制、竞争机制和考核机制,以利于学科馆员的成长。

Abstract:College discipline--building needs of libraries Subject Librarian system, which is the inner selfwdevelopment needs of the library. Subject librarian should first in--depth understanding of their counterparts in academic research trends and information needs, establish academic user informa- tion database. Secondly, to optimize resources, academic literature, in order to provide in--depth academic counterparts, information services. Finally, to establish networks for the discipline navigation library, the establishment of online scientific advisory stations, to provide online consulting services. Subject Librarian must have a good quality, the library should be the introduction of incentive mechanisms, competition mechanism and evaluation mechanisms to facilitate the growth of academic librarians
