人类已经进入了一个以知识经济为特征的时代,知识经济时代的战略资源是人才和知识。良好的道德品质和健全的个性、宽厚的理论素养、较强的创新和实践能力、放眼全球的战略眼光和勇于争先意识、较强的适应和应变能力,是知识经济对于高素质人才的基本要求。对此,肩负着为社会主义现代化建设提供各类人才支持和知识贡献历史使命的我国高校,应着力于培养知识经济时代的高思想政治素质、高创新能力、高综合素质的人才。

On the Training of High-Quality Personnel in Colleges and Universities in the Knowledge Economy Era

The knowledge economy era calls for more and more high-quality personnel.The high-quality personnel should meet the following basic requirements:(1)have sound ideology,moral character and individuality;(2)have higher theoretical level and greater capacity for innovation and practice;(3)have a strategic insight and the world perspective;(4)be very adaptable to changes,etc.Therefore,in colleges and universities,training high-quality personnel should be centred upon high-quality personnel's ideological and political quality,innovation capability,and overall quality.
