| 摘 要： | 毕业教育是帮助毕业生顺利就业和尽快实现社会角色转换的重要手段。随着我国毕业生就业制度改革的不断深化 ,新的就业体制的全面实施 ,以及我国经济社会的进一步发展和人们思想意识形态的进一步多样化 ,在大学生中广泛、深入开展毕业教育已显得极为重要和紧迫。如何结合大学生特点和社会需要在毕业生中开展毕业教育 ,深入做好教育指导工作 ,促进毕业生及时、顺利、充分就业已现实地摆在广大毕业生就业工作者面前。为此 ,本文从当前农科院校的自身特点入手 ,对开展毕业教育的途径进行了研究探讨。

| Abstract: | Graduation education is an important means of promoting graduates employment and accomplishing the transformation of their social roles.With the deeper reform of graduates employment system and futher development of our economy society,it is of great importance and urgency to carry out widespread graduation education for college students.This paper discusses the ways of graduation education according to the unique characteristics of agricultural universities. |
