Analysis on Enrollment Plan of University of North Carolina

The scientific enrollment plan attaches great importance to improving the quality of higher education,guaranteeing the diversification of higher education and implementing the strategic planning of colleges and universities.Regarding the enrollment plan as a foundation of its strategic development,the University of North Carolina initiatives its enrollment plan with its characteristics in order to train the students to be talents with high qualities that could meet the social requirements,and promote its own development.Based on the UNC's strategic planning,the authors,in this paper,attempt to analyze the principles,specialties and significances of the UNC's enrollment plans, hoping to offer advice for the construction of China's enrollment plan of colleges and universities.
