我国民间金融发展现状与对策分析

AN ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT SITUATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMAL FINANCIAL ACTIVITIES AND POLICY OPTIONS ABOUT ITS DEVELOPMENT

Informal finance,or civil fiance,has always been forbidden by the government policy in China because it is different from the regular finance.However,with the improvement and development of the reform in the financial system and finacial administration and suoervision,we must have a rational understanding of informal financial activities.This paper discusses the definition and the current situstion of informal finance and its features and causes for its development,compares its pros and cons,and concludes that the development of informal financial activities is an intrinsic impulse of the capital expansion.It has an essential supplementary function to the regular finance.Therefore,we should guide its development correctly and provide a larger development space for it.
