| 摘 要： | 从分析中国企业大学迅速发展的原因入手,探讨我国企业大学在培养目标、课程设置与开发、评价体系等方面存在的许多亟待解决的问题。在借鉴国外企业大学经验的基础上,提出企业大学的拥有者必须对企业大学正确定位,创新课程体系,尝试新的教学方式,真正发挥企业大学的作用,促进企业的长远发展。

| Abstract: | Based upon the analysis of the causes of rapid development of our enterprise-run universities,enterprises must correctly know that there are many problems existing in training goal,curriculum,development and evaluation system that need to be urgently solved.While borrowing the experiences from foreign enterprise-run universities,enterprises must correctly position enterprise-run universities,innovate the course system,and try new teaching modes so as to bring enterprise-run universities into full play and promote the long-term development of enterprises. |
