教师信念建构与外语教师职业发展:反思日志研究

摘    要:为了探讨教师信念的建构对于外语教师职业发展的重要意义,采用个案研究方法分析了一位外语教师的反思日志等文本,揭示了普通外语教师的教师信念建构和职业发展的关系.结果证明,外语教师职业发展存在四个阶段:初任期、职业发展的初步稳定期、职业发展的犹豫期、职业发展的稳定成熟期.在这个发展过程中,职前知识、环境因素、人际关系和自我反思影响教师发展的进程;“教书育人”的教育信念是外语教师职业发展和成熟的关键.

Abstract:In view of the situation how the construction of the teacher belief affects the foreign language teachers' professional development ,one case study method has been adopted therein the reflective journals have been analyzed to explore the hidden de facto process of constructing the belief of education and the process how the ordinary foreign language teachers developed. Findings show that there exist the four phases in teachers' professional development,i, e. ,preliminary-service phase, quasi-stabilized phase, vacillating phase and ripe-stabilized phase. In the teachers' professional development, the factors: pre-service knowledge, teaching setting, interpersonal relation and self-reflection affected the process of the teacher development ; and the idea of "educating and nurturing a person" as the belief of education symbolized the maturity of the professional development.
